The annual achievement review process is a formal appraisal of an individual against the set of accountabilities for their role. The review is based on input from the individual, selected consults and the individual’s leader. Additional information from other sources is also considered.

 Individuals are measured against both the results (what has been achieved) and the behaviours used (how the individual has delivered their objectives). Individual’s bonus objectives are also reviewed at this time.
