Information Technology Project Manager, Lion Nathan

I joined Lion Nathan in June 2001, a change from my previous experience in financial organisations and consulting, to gain exposure in the consumer goods industry and for opportunities to move into the project management space. It was Lion Nathan's reputation, social presence and core values that helped make my decision to join.

As a Senior Business Analyst, I worked closely with the Marketing team on the maintenance and enhancement of a consumer analytical and campaign management application. One year later, I was given the opportunity to widen my responsibilities into the project management space.

Since then, I have successfully implemented a number of large projects across Australia and New Zealand as well as managing project teams of up to 15 people. Through these projects, I have developed an in-depth understanding of various business units across Lion Nathan, had the opportunity to work with our New Zealand business partners and gained a greater appreciation for the company.

The most impressive thing about Lion Nathan is its drive and commitment to achieve the best. In this environment, I have developed significantly as a leader and a person. The workplace and mentoring focus has allowed me to grow my skills, and helped me realise my potential.

I really enjoy working for Lion Nathan - there's always something interesting going on.
