Premium Beer Sales Executive, Castlemaine Perkins

I joined the Lion Nathan family in November 2001. I joined for a number of reasons, but most importantly because of the passion they have for their business, their brands and their people.

My first role with Lion Nathan was as a merchandiser in the central Queensland office in Rockhampton, where I was responsible for providing merchandising support to a sales team. In 2004 I was given the opportunity to move to Airlie Beach and take up a role as a Sales Executive, responsible for servicing accounts in the Mackay and Whitsunday region. Today I am a Premium Beer Sales Executive, working in a dynamic team with a focus on our premium portfolio. With the responsibility of managing key customers and new business within the precinct areas of Brisbane, the role offers new and exciting challenges on a daily basis.

I have learnt a lot from the business’ people processes such as the coaching and development programs which are part of everyday life at Lion Nathan. It is programs like these that have helped me to strengthen my professional capabilities and also develop on a personal level.

I enjoy working for Lion Nathan because it’s a business that encourages its people to succeed, challenging them to be the best they can be.
