How many graduates will Lion Nathan take on this year?
Each year the number of new recruits varies depending on the number of suitable candidates and the specific needs of the business functions
Our last intake was January 2008, where we selected 9 new graduates to commence with us across New Zealand and Australia in a variety of business functions such as Innovation, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations & Customer Services. In 2006 we took on 2 graduates and in 2005 we took one - it really is all up to you!
What sort of people is Lion Nathan looking for?
At Lion Nathan we place greater importance on the type of person you are rather than what degree you have. Therefore the opportunities at Lion Nathan are endless regardless of your discipline... its up to you!!
We're not fussy about what degree you have!

What can I expect during the recruitment process?
Applicants are assessed against a number of key criteria including our core competencies and behaviours throughout the entire selection process. Candidates will go through the following process:
- Complete and submit an online Graduate Application Form
- Take part in a short telephone interview
- Take part in ability tests and psychometric assessment
- Take part in an interview with the Resourcing Leader
- Attend a two day assessment centre in Auckland
After each stage, Lion will contact you by return email, mail or phone to advise how your application is progressing.
Where would I be working?
You could be working in a number of locations around New Zealand or Australia.
How much will I get paid?
Our Graduate salaries are very cometitive.
