A structured induction programme will provide an overview of our companies, our brands, our customers and our industry. You will then take up a role within one of our operating companies working in Marketing, Sales, Business Analysis, Operations, Corporate Strategy, Retail Management, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Corporate Affairs or Process Re-Engineering. On top of this, our graduates attend a development workshop at the end of their first year and are provided with 360 degree feedback throughout their career.
